• Room Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Suite Rates are based on a maximum of three people.
• Add 7% Maine sales tax to the lodging rates. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for latest rates and special packages.
• Hearty Healthy Deluxe continental breakfast is included with room rate.
• There is a two night minimum on weekends in Summer Peak Season. Check here to learn about Romance at the Inn.

Reservations are recommended.

Deposits

• An advance deposit will guarantee your room. To confirm a reservation for one night, full payment is requested in advance, and with longer stays please send 50% of lodging fee as a deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. Personal checks, cash, and travelers checks are preferred. We also accept Master Charge and Visa.
• Reservations for longer stays must be guaranteed by credit card.

Cancellation

• Cancellation Policy - If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, please let us know as soon as possible. Ten days notice is required in advance of arrival to obtain a refund of your deposit, less a $20 handling fee.  With less notice, we will refund your deposit if we are able to rent your room to another party for the entire length of stay.  If we cannot rent the room, you are responsible for the entire balance as stated in your confirmation email letter. 
• The cancellation policy also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which results in a shorter stay; Sorry, no refunds are given if you arrive after your confirmed arrival date or if you depart before your confirmed departure date.
• For groups reserving 4 or more rooms, the cancellation time is 30 days or more before arrival.

Check-In and Breakfast Hours

 Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m. or by special arrangement.
Breakfast is available from 8:00a.m. until 9:30a.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
